If you need a NYS notary, Lee is your man! I found him through an internet search after sifting through too many shady operations that claimed to be a valid notary for NYS, but not actually located in NYS. Lee was absolutely the best. We were selling our coop apartment in New York City, but have moved to Melbourne, Australia. We needed POAs quickly. Lee witnessed us signing in our bathrobes at 6:30AM in Melbourne by Zoom. We scanned them and emailed them to him and he got a dry notarized copy emailed back in a few minutes so our lawyer could show the POAs to the buyer’s lawyer. Then we sent our signed papers to Lee to be wet notarized and he sent them on to our lawyer – all in the course of a few days.

We needed some documents notarized, and Lee helped us quickly. I set up the appointment on Thursday. He sent me pdfs of a priority mail label on Thursday evening. We had the Zoom call on Friday morning so he could observe our signing the documents. We got the package to the post office Friday midday. He received our package on Saturday. And by Saturday night he had sent the notarized documents to our lawyer, and uploaded the scans for us. Amazing efficiency!
