Our firm provides apostille services to clients whose documents have been notarized in New York State.
A La Carte:
- The base price for this service is $99 per qualified document notarized in Westchester, Bronx and New York Counties. This may take up to 30 business days to compete, depending on the County Clerk and NYS Dept of State.
- Additional fees may apply for expedited service. Inquire within.
Additional Services that may be required:
- For documents that require notary authentication outside of Westchester, Bronx and New York Counties, add $50 and note this may require additional time.
- Add $99 for each additional document, plus any applicable expeditiing fees.
- Certified translations to/from many languages is available for an additional fee.
FedEx, USPS, DHL Shippinng & Handling fees:
- FedEx two-day labels to/from the County Clerk’s Office + NYS Dept of State (Albany) $22.50 per label. You will receie shipping notifications.
- FedEx standard overnight labels to/from the County Clerk’s Office + NYS Dept of State (Albany) $40.00 per label. You will receie shipping notifications.
- FedEx International return label to return the document is estimated to be $100, if you do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will receie shipping notifications.
